more often than not, they will not push through with the case kasi nga litigation costs palang, lagpas na 3,000. so gansi sila.. panghadlok raman nang referal to lawyer ek-ek.. but, what they will definitely do is to submit your name to the credit intelligence bureau or i-black list ka.. next time it will be hard for you to apply for an internet connection or if sa CIB nila i-submit, kahit loan, mahahalungkat imo record sa ilaha. =)
