paytera ani nga thread oi, may gani naka basa ko ani daan before ko mu palit ug 32" TV.. nindut jud ning mga naa nay media player daan kay para 1TB nalang ang akong palitunon. sos, kadaku pa nako ug kuwang. hehe

thanks kaayu sa imong tubag, kay planu sad ko palit aning LCDha, ganahan lang ko maka hibaw daan ug unsa akong mga ma connect. laptop, pc, etc.

ambot lagi ato akong gitestingan... murag naay deperensya sa software, kay murag mo-hang lang. dili siya maka-access sa harddrive. ang samsung, kay basa ra diretso...

unsay format sa imo harddrive? FAT 32? or NTSC?

@ yans - download ka didto sa samsung na website. then pag insert nimo sa USB flashdrive, naa mo pop-up nga window then ang choices na media play or firmware update.

haven't tried it though, bago pa man gud.

nindot sad na suwayan bro. pero maghuwat lang ko sa uban kung nka try na sila update og firmware sa ilang samsung LCD TV. kuyawan pud ko basin maguba kay wla pko ka try og update sa firmware sa LCD. hehehe.

correction sir... its a samsung HT350 home theater. not a sanyo. yes its a 5.1

kung input sa tv connections both sa back and sides daghan ka choices, either hdmi, vga, analog rca or composite
kung sa home theater naa kay analog rca, hdmi or composite

well, u have to setup the audio out of the tv to the rca input of your home theater then u have to configure the input of the home theater to auxillary.
depends on the file if it is really a 5.1 so dretso ra mogawas na 5 speakers
otherwise set the home theater to a MATRIX (according sa samsung na manual and ive tried it as well) setting para mogawas tanan na sound sa 5 speakers

sakto gyud ni... pagpalit nako sa akong samsung LA32C530 nagdala ko ug external hard drive nga akong gisudlan ug mkv HD videos... before ko ni-ingon nga akong paliton ang tv, ako gipa-test sa LG LD460... dili mobasa... na-turn off ko sa LG, so i went with samsung...

salamat pao, this thread is informative, ang ako jud nga huna huna baya nga kinahanglan ko mupalit ug media player para sa akong mkv files, now if only someone is selling an external drive that reads dvds, because i have lots of 720p movies burned on dual layer dvds, thanks at least i will buy with an informed idea

You might want to check this model "LG le500" LED tv ni cya and nag sale ang SM appliance regular pirce is 32k pero sa ilang last day sale kay 30k nlng its really cheap knowing that its an LED tv and best features niya kay 120hz(12 frames per sec.) contrast ratio is 3mil:1(wow) and its capable of playing media files as well.

i have to say best buy gyd ni, suya mode kay ko pag kita nko
