Yup, forget about the DVD/CDRW combo drives... get the DVD-RW drives, as they can pretty much read/write anything.

well im an old user of plextor but switched to lite-on and it performs just as well for much less the price.

I even heard sauna that Plextor makes the lite-on drives

bati mn na ang asus... pangalan ray nakaayo ana... pero ang sony DVDRW are manufactured by benQ kadungan sa DW1640 na model kalimot ko sa model sa sony

i heard too na bati ang sony, nya bati sad ang LG kay ang CD-Rom na LG guba gud dayon... ang napalit nako HP DVD365i ... wala naman koy nakit-an lain gud, peru ok man sad.. pareha ra ug speed Sony DVD-RW.. peru mas barato ang sony.. ahaks, save unta to, sige nalangs..

Have 2 LG DVD-Writers (2 x GSA-4163B). More than 1 year ang duha. Still kicking and burning. Ang isa averages 3-4 DVDRs writing a day.

when burning VCD format... nya 600mb - AVI/mpeg file , dugay jud na cya mahuman ngano man??
