I've known agents who've been absent for 5 or more consecutive days without notice and were not able to provide any medical cert. yet they were not terminated, Q just let them finished their contract. I don't know the real issue with your situation but I felt sorry for you. BTW all the companies that I've work with always have a management issue and I mean ALL, so it's no longer a surprise to me.
