Like when two people are fighting, if one or both of them have a gun, then they could possibly kill each other more easily, than if wala silay dala na gun then ang worst case ra is magsinumbagay ra or something like that. GUNs don't kill people. As the Hostage crisis showed us, stupid officials in government who are in over their heads kill people. And rogue cops who go crazy kill people. If Hong Thai tourists had guns, all of them would have survived. I rest my case. Leave gun control to well run societies like Canada and Australia with good rule of law. Our country is like wild wild west, I welcome these government freaks to try and take away our guns because I believe there will be a massacre. We have all seen how incompetent our military and police are at handling a simple crisis, I assure you if they tried to take guns away from the citizens it will be a bloodbath as well trained gun licensees will probably revolt and show these overweight, slow and stupid police how to shoot a gun and kill your target.

ahm.. di man ko ganahan mang hambog ha.. im a shooter.. member ko sa PPSA, to be honest, our cops need more training.. marksmanship lang.. maski mga students lang sa club mas accurate and mas naa pa proper Gun decorum kay sa mga pulis mismo...

PNP should invest more on the marksmanship training of the officers protecting us.. and another funny thing is.. daghan kaau bala sa PNP nga di na mangbuto... :-p

*There are number of countries that hate Guns, others don't even have a police force. When I search wiki, I read a lot of places that utilizes gun control.

Share lang ko, was in JP last year...Their police only brings ballpen and notebook.
