With 11k budget... this is what I can suggest...

Processor : AMD Athlon II X3 440 Php. 3,700 PCX
Mobo : Emaxx AMD785G-FXN Php. 3,650 pcquickbuys
RAM : Kingston 2GB 1333 ddr3 Php. 1,680 PCX
Video Card : (gamit lang sa sa on board for the meantime)

Total: Php. 9,030

So naa subra na 1,970 pesos from a 11k budget.
use this money to buy for a decent power supply unit. Believe me if you want your machine to last for a long time... you need a to buy a reliable power supply.

This is what I can suggest for your extra money: FSP Supersonic 550w 80PLUS Php 1,950 PCX

If naa naka daan kasaligan na PSU... save your extra money and buy a good Videocard GTS 450, HD5770 or the upcoming HD6XXX series.

Or pwede sad na imo ipalit ug lain na RAM haron na 4gig na imo setup unya dual channel pa
