lisod i maintain ang pledge of loyalty kung maka kita ka sa imo pamilya nga dili maka kaun ug tarong ug dili maka adto sa maayo mga eskwelahan

good quality of education = good economy
good economy = enough money to buy and maintain (fuel, parts and labor)updated military equipments

mao jud...mao na sometimes it matters on the morale of each individual... and his/her own conviction... personal decision nana...pero big factor jud ang provision from the government...out Air Force pilots gets high morale if they have enough flight hours, trainings, benefits, etc....even a small thing that matters most to a man takes his morale up...

Walay priority ang pag-upgrade sa planes sa airforce. Pulos ra AIR, walay FORCE. As usual, PAF just waits for donated aircraft/equipment. Syempre gastuhon ba nimu ang bulsahunon na nga budget unta para new aircraft? Only in the Philippines. PAKAUWAW LANG GYUD

mechanics? filipino mechanics are very talented and that's the reason why nganong molupad pa nang mga aircraft nato nga more or less 40 years old na.

i myself am a graduate of aircraft maintenance technology. i know a lot of mechanics sa PAF. some were my schoolmates back then. wa'y blema atong schooling for aviators.

even our pilots are very talented. wa lang jud kaayo sila'y opportunity to shine. they are well trained and are very ready. kng sakto lang jd ta sa aircraft, we will have a high level of air superiority out of their expertise.

we can utilize ug maayo ang paliton. the maitenance is not affected sa kakuwang sa education.. you have nothing to worry...if there is a factor that this can't be maximized, it is not in the technical know-how but in the logistics (fuel allocation). we have the capable personnel to handle such...education is not that critical...
