Kaning hospital sa cali, i saw the nurses of different races making a picket outside the hospital contrary to wat they are saying na filipino Rns lang. I think before this news, ky nag strike pod tong naa sa Oakland Children's Hosp. sa California ky grabe na ang work load and no help na. they are not hiring even techs anymore and putting all the hard work to us...

True, kami sunod sa population after NJ. so far, wa baya kaau mi madunggan regarding discrimination na harap-harapan but of course naa man gyud ang work area politics and sure na present gyud ni. medyo madala-dala pa man ky dawaton sa kamatu-uran na 2nd class citizen ra mn gyud ta diri.

I wonder what's wrong about not hiring someone who don't have a great communication skills??
I know lots of Filipino claims themselves as "they're best in the world
A lot of "professionals" here speaking broken English and only in consonants (fresh off the boat)
It's funny though that they always think they have the best English skillset in Asia compared to other countries that English is not their first language.
Why don't they just accept the fact that they don't want FILIPINOS because they have a poor English skills ??

not all Filipino nurses working overseas especially in English-speaking countries have poor communication skills considering the qualifying English tests that you need to pass. enough of negative things about nurses... good news napud sa mga Filipino nurses..
