I heard that Ofelia Oliva had worked for so many years in the city treasurer department. Some of my neighbors who know her tenure believe that she's "misusing" her authority and reshaping the tax collection department her own way.

Even if the purpose is amusement, it's still not right to me. They are tax collectors, not entertainers.
