liempo fad food of the year?

do you think the liempo is the new pizza craze that hit cebu? and like the pizza shops that were a hit a few years ago and sprouting like mushrooms in the metro it's luster will soon fade away and only a few well established houses can claim the prize. just like shawarma only a handful survived. i forgot what's before shawarma.

care to share any inputs.

you can't consider liempo as fad food dude, it may only be gaining popularity today but it has been around for a very long time, a fad is a trend ....... liempo is an actual part of the pork

ow iwas thiking that liempo was a name of a foodchain.. so you're refering to a pork with fats.. i dont think people will learn to love these forever.. coz naa jud times kung mag cge ka ug eat ani kay poul nman iya taste and you cant have a variety of liempo dishes coz its only serve in one style.

It's the pizza craze that will go the way of the shawarma and the rice boxes.....Cebuanos always loved their street food, thus the crispy chicken, ngioyong, kwik-kwik, tempura, squidball and fishball stands will stay, alongside the indestructible barbeque and puso grills......
