a bungalow house sitting in an area of less than 100 square meter-lot will cost at around 3M.
a 2-storey, 4 bedroom house sitting in an area of less than 150 sqm-lot will cost at around 6 M.
a 2-storey, 5 bedroom with walk-in T&B house w/o pool sitting in an area of less than 400 sqm-lot in a beach front setting will cost at around 17M.
a 2-storey, 5 bedroom with walk-in T&B house w/o pool sitting in an area of less than 600 sqm-lot in the city proper area will cost at around 22M.
