(i train agents for troubleshooting high speed internet for one of the competitive ISPs sa US)... ang problema lang lage is nalearn nako ni tungod sa practice and self study... wala jud formal training bah...

... mao guro wa ko nadawat sa UOB... medical course grad man ko and i've been working in a call center for 4yrs+ nah, i dont know if naa ba istoryan naka apply sa UOB kadto ni ari ang employer sa cebu with agency(from manila).. naka abot jud ko final interview...apan.. ambot ug ngano wala ko nadwat hehe
but basi sa inyo post.. mo matter jud ang educational background.. possible jud d i dli madawat maski taas na call center experience galing lang ang course g graduate dli mo fit sa current work...
