We dont need to talk about education since its one of the priorities sa atong nasod(with jobs & health care).

Our economy is strong enough to acquire these toys. But seems like nalimtan ni sa Govt or wala tagae ug importance mao underfunded. Dako pa ang deals sa ZTE ug Fertilizer Scam than e upgrade sa Airforce.

We can always get arms credit if we want and our neighbors do that like Vietnam & Indonesia.

Pinoy mentality = wala mn tay external threat.. Naa mn c uncle sa sam!

Thats not the case for our airforce which is poorly funded. If daghan probs sa education its the system not the funds. See the difference?

once ma palit na ang equipment.. ang sunod kai maintainance
maski daghan ta hightech nga equipment pero ang nag operate ug nag maintain kai kuwang sa education.. dili ma utilize ug maayo ang gi palit

good economy = enough money to buy and maintain updated military equipments
