I like to purchase a property there in Cebu i've checked Garces Real Estate but i have not quite focused in looking but within a short time frame like maybe a few years, i'd like to live in Cebu. Any recommendation on good locations, accessible to transportation, near hospitals and schools, shopping? if not how about closeby to the beach. What area in Cebu can you recommend? Thanks.

Naa na gani direct international flights from here - SFO International Airport to Cebu (Cathay Pacific). Dili na moagi ug Manila. Cebu is a major hub like Manila but even tagalogs love Cebu from what I hear from them and in fact, some of them prefer to live in Cebu compared to Metro Manila.
