Anyone who thinks Garci is clean should listen to the whole Garci tape and not only the Arroyo - Garci coversation part, as that part leaves many to things to interpretation and imagination.

The Garci-Barbers conversation was the clincher... They practically settled for 1.5 million, it was 2 million at first, Barbers called again asking if pwede ba 1, but Garci said pwede 1.5 because he needs to pay someone... 1.5 million is CHEAP, I could not believe that a senate position could go so low... Barbers could have won but Biazon cried foul... Remember during the ballot counting time when Biazon exposed in the media the apparent ballot padding and switching?? Biazon has his own sources, he was a former marine, and marines are the ones guarding the ballot boxes. It was at this juncture that Arroyo called Garci and asked about the Biazon deal.. She told Garci to settle this issue at once as it might cause "more problems" later on...

There was another call from a Captain of the Army whose son is running for councilor... He asked Garci for a favor to look after his son and Garci said "ako ang bahala".

Ibahin mo ang taga Bukidnon pre. They are not that dumb to vote for Garci. The only chance garci will win is i manipulating the returns but to say that he can buy the voters of Bukidnon is insulting to the people of that province especially the first district.

The opponent of Garci will just highlight in the campaign the role of Garci in the tapes and it will be enough to make their blood boil over Garci.
