There are two ways to do it.
1. you can re-enter the account if it redirects you to their SMARTBRO portal.
2. you can clone mac address into the Wifi router so that smartbro thinks you didnt change your setup at your place
Just inform us your setup so that we can better help you with the configuration.
We will have to do telephone or remote support on this product.
