one of the builders of sm is a friend.. ang base foundation ana ilang gihimo is like sa barko.. kay everytime mo dig cla tubig mogawas.. mao to dugay ayo natukod ang sm diri.. japanese archi.. nag design nga mura cyag barko og base.. and mo lahos na didto sa radisson coz it was pre planned na... the reason wa xa ni open after initially nahuman is.. wa mosugot ang sm sa plans sa sheraton.. in short wa sila nagkasabot and they already had a contract... now on sm's part.. its either mo open sila nga di sila uyon sa terms... or pasagdan nila until mahuman ang contract... daghan man silag mooolahh they chose the latter.. mao na karon nikuha na silag bag-o nga partner which is radisson... totally not true about the bldgs foundation.

hi maam, thanks for the info. however, i dunno if it's true pud, pero i've been to a disaster management training/seminar and one of the speaker was the head of disaster management here in cebu.. he mentioned nga kana daw nga building before, if you look at it from afar, murag leaning tower of pisa, kai nag hiwi.. so the company hired americans or japanese contractors to fix the problem daw with its foundations... wala sad ko sure if tinuod sad pero im pretty sure that's what he said..
