What will change the nation is a complete overhaul of our system of government. We don't need the Americans to run the country for progress. We are as smart as they are. The only problem is our dysfunctional system of government. That is not a character issue Bro. If we will wait for the whole Filipinos to change character. That would take a century or 2 to happen.
