andy, even sharia courts have provisions for the so called blood money for crimes committed.
my church and its leadership has acknowledged that crimes have been committed against innocents and have made redress by not only addressing the pecuniary demands of the victims but by humble apologies in the name of my church. in truth i respect my church more because of it. some catholic clergy are now even serving prison time for their abuse.
have any of your mosques ever taken responsibility for the crimes comitted against humanitiy instigated by those who preach in them?! i have yet to hear even an apology from those responsible, not even from those who gave venue to those violent extremist islamist preaching imams ! never !
my church teaches us to to love our neighbor as our selves. it also teaches us that there is no greater love than to give our lives for our fellow men. a very (for the lack of a better term) noble ideal that i am ready to do. if a catholic-christian woman can do that, i certainly believe you can too
have faith, no fear

but protect the innocent
