There's nothing wrong in confronting your boss basta convey it courteously lang gyud. If regular employee naka, di na ka madali2x ug taktak sa imung boss. Pero lagi murag awkward lang pud ang feeling nga u think naglagot imung boss nimu. But para sa ako.. mas awkward kung magtando2x lang ka bisan below the belt na gyud ang treatment sa imung boss nimu. Bati kaau sa feeling. For me lang ni ha.. Ako kay kasuway naman ko ug confront sa akong boss but di nuon because gipersonal ko nila naa lang lain sila major nga gihimu nga dili sakto. sus kasuway jud ko ani. first job pa jud nako. di jud professional nga boss or should i say mga bosses. what i actually did was report it to dole, reported it also to my tita gwen and asked assistance from my lawyers and my grandpa who is a judge. mu.file na ta kog kaso pero naluoy kos mga empleyado kay posible daw ipasira ang companya if mupadayun ko. wa nalang ko padayun kay daghan nya ma.jobless. luoy pud.
