    There's nothing wrong in confronting your boss basta convey it courteously lang gyud. If regular employee naka, di na ka madali2x ug taktak sa imung boss. Pero lagi murag awkward lang pud ang feeling nga u think naglagot imung boss nimu. But para sa ako.. mas awkward kung magtando2x lang ka bisan below the belt na gyud ang treatment sa imung boss nimu. Bati kaau sa feeling. For me lang ni ha.. Ako kay kasuway naman ko ug confront sa akong boss but di nuon because gipersonal ko nila naa lang lain sila major nga gihimu nga dili sakto. Ingon ako boss he appreciated me for what i did. Tayming lang pud guro maayo ug batasan ako boss pero di lang usahay kahibaw mudala ug mga tao mao makalagot.

    Essentially, naa man gyud limitations ang tanan. If kaya pa, di lang sa mutingog but kung di na kaya, mas better kung ipagawas nalang cguro. Yaw lang sad padalos-dalos. Ipahimutang sa imung mga arguments bag.o ka mutira kay lisud na kung ifire back sa imu tanan..

    ka relate jud ko ani. my former TL at CVG, personal galore when dealing with me. LOng story, pero ang ending k they really found ways to boot me out. well, anyway, it's okay. kebs! nagtuo sya cguro CVG is the only call center around, duh! heheheh! i have nothing against CVG, only with people like her.

    sus kasuway jud ko ani. first job pa jud nako. di jud professional nga boss or should i say mga bosses. what i actually did was report it to dole, reported it also to my tita gwen and asked assistance from my lawyers and my grandpa who is a judge. mu.file na ta kog kaso pero naluoy kos mga empleyado kay posible daw ipasira ang companya if mupadayun ko. wa nalang ko padayun kay daghan nya ma.jobless. luoy pud.

    Akong personalon then i will file a resignation letter on the same day... Trabaho, trabaho. Dili kay personal nah kaayo mo kasaba. Wala tah sweldo-e ug apil anang personal nga mga kasaba. Nay daghan work ngara basta mangita lang ug mo huwat sa chance kaysa naman perme lang mangasaba nga unreasonable nah kaayo.
