Gratz on your purchase. You can download FW updates over the air. No nid to hook up ur unit to a computer. All you need is an internet connection. Naa nay update app dha para maka update.

To update the FW version go to MENU>APPLICATIONS>TOOLS>SW UPDATE.

yep. already updated the firmware. thank you for that.

one other thing is about the wifi. makalagot kaayo ning Connect automatically kay kung ganahan nata mu disconnect sa wifi, mu auto connect ghapon. but i already found a way to change that setting. ang problem mu ask pa ghapon nga kinahanglan mu connect like packet something... mag cge cyag ask connect automatically nya cge pud ta cancel. same raba pud ni sa inyoha?

kani pud ang email app nya, i set up my gmail account pero dili man tanan emails mu sulod. ga check ko sa desktop naa ang emails pero sa phone wala even though naka connect to sa wifi. mag options ko unya tap connect, wa may mahitabo. im opting instead to access everything thru opera.

check your widgets basin naa mo conect sa net nla. Set it to 'Content offline' kono and chck mo auto connect ba ghpn cya.

haay grabe daghan kaayo mag work sa background especially ang mga widgets like email and facebook. maka hurot sa battery. gipang set pud naku ang uban settings to low like kanang iya backlight, auto wifi search ug uban pa. sa karon maka abot na jud intawn ako c6 ug 3 days battery life. may na lang. hehehe

i just wonder nganu gamay ra niapil dri sa discussion sa c6. is it nga gamay ra nipalit ani? or gahuwat sila sa c6-01? i would prefer the qwerty though kay gamit kaayo sa mga emails. the touchscreen ui for c6-00 though is an improvement compared to other later symbian devices with resistive touchscreen.

so far im loving my phone. has all the applications that i need.

My C6 will last a day gani if heavy usage. Movies, eBuddy, web, call and texting. Hehehe.

Same here. I also prefer a qwerty for fast typing, navigation and dual input.

Got to play with the C6 for a few days now.

It has a lot of preinstalled apps out of the box but you can easily download from Ovi. Ok sad iyang camera for a phone then pwede nimo ma.upload directly through a 3rd party app. Easy to sync contacts and data then dali ra mu.update ug firmware. It has a nice solid build then I like its back part which is rubberized. It also has a nice qwerty key which is comfortable to use.

What I don't like about it is that it hangs at least once or maybe twice a day. There are some apps in Ovi that I can't download maybe because of the OS issue. Its battery runs out faster compared to my other phone. Its touchscreen is so-so if you are used to the iphone/itouch.

Mao na major issue sa C6. Mag cge hang. 1st unit I got kay mo totally hang gyud cya everytime I use the keyboard. Got it replaced and my new unit now kay wa gyud ni hang since day one.

Ive been following the nokia support discussions and ang mga nokia employees did2 kay ni state na karon dec. daw mo release ang nokia ug new firmware update to answer the hang and battery issue.
