For me, dako ug contribution ang mga nurses in terms of the most vital human need
which is health care. I don't think that they are taken for granted truly they are indispensable.
The hospitals and the doctors could not function very well without them.
They are the true heroes and heroine behind a doctor tending a patient and saving lives.

exactly! but then they are not well compensated here.. abusar hinuon pag au.. mao pay nag kapoy2 ug skwela ug mag binuntagay ug tuon, nya in the end mao lang ghapon mag lisod ghapon pangita ug work. Mao pa juy mag byad pra volunteer pra naa lang juy experience pra mka dali2 adto sa gawas. I don't blame nurses na mangita jud ug paagi pra mka larga uy, facing their situation today. Ako kung naay opportunity y not? nindot ana. But if ever fair lang jud ang compensation sa mga nurses dri, y go to other places? kanindot ra naa rka dri trabaho. nya ang imong sweldo mao imong i-bakasyon2 sa laing nasod!
