Can you elaborate your point on education?

Are you proposing we allocate more budget to education to add more schools?
Are you proposing we allocate budget to improve quality of education?.
Are you proposing we revise the curriculum to include responsible parenthood and reproductive health?

IF so, what enacting policies/bills or directives should be done in order to help solve the problem?.

all of them. education is the foundation of our country.
Bills ? That's up to the senate and congress to think about that.

In an ideal scenario we can do all solutions mentioned above. But you have to work within our financial constraints and be realistic.

We can dream up all sorts of solutions to bring us to utopia but we have to consider the current state of our country and the limited financial resources available.

Also, its not just congress's job to think up of bills / laws to pass. Its primarily the people's lobbying for bills that motions the lawmakers to pass these bills being the voice of the people.

The very mindset nga "leave it to the congressmen" is the reason why these people in congress abuse their position. That is whats wrong with this country. People should hold their representatives accountable for decisions they make as congressmen are essentially our representatives in government.

People have to recognize that they have the power to influence their congressman's voting behavior. Mao gyud na' ang pinaka important thing to know. Knowing this makes congressmen the voice of the people and not just a bunch of politicians with their own agenda and only after pork barrel.
