    love is selfless...

    your description fits someone who does not know love...

    someone who just loves playing around and is enjoying seeing sad hearts...

    yes.

    loving could be being selfish. but just like everything else in the world, right? you have to sacrifice things. take the time to be with that person you love and therefore, lessen the time spent with everyone else that matters or the time you dedicate for other things...
