option 1: why? pareho man ug specs, except for the modular wiring.
how old is your st50f? i may have a buyer for that.
option 2: pass sa ko, i have a p5kpl-am for same pud.

psu bought last march 2010 at G.I,gamay ako casing gigamit samok tan-awon wala na space.

nice ni nga PSU.. I own a 620W version of this..
I bought mine around 4-5years ago and still in very good condition..
up for this nice PSU..!

I've had so many branded PSU's, ang Enermax jud ang mag dugay. They're the most stable PSU's I have ever used.
