Finally I got it... SOLVED!!

recommended tool
1.search and download: getdataback any version and be sure that it is licensed..
2.run getdataback program
3. select the partition
4. select type of scan
5. wait till the scan finally done..
6. copy and recover files..


Tips

do not open the drive you want to recover if it's damage
make sure you have a bigger capacity than the HDD your trying to recover..

You should backup your data first from Drive A to Drive B prior to Converting from Logical to Primary for safe reason. Once data has been backup or copied to another drive that's the time you may convert and format the drive.

bro, basi sa akong nasabtan sa imong suliran, mao ni ang nahitabo ug ang imong gusto mahitabo:
1. na change ang iyang filesystem
2. dili naka maka kita sa sulod sa drive kay na himong unformatted na siya
3. dili ka gusto nga e format ang imong drive kay naa important files
4. gusto ka nga makuha ang imong important files sa unformatted nga drive

solution:
-i suggest you use recovery softwares like recuva / restoration / getdataback (fat32)

karon kay di na ma kita sa my computer ang ako HDD. hahay... I think I have to leave this to the professionals.. who do you recommend a cebu based company or a freelancer who recover HDD for a living.. PM me or post..
