    Kung muinum ka, likayi ang beer.. hasta sumsuman.. diet pud.. after 6 diet for me works..

    limit ur rice lang and dont eat fatty foods... simple lang... and also, ayaw jud pag-gutom and don't skip meals...

    ako dako man ko.. overweight ko - and i cant stop eating
    pero ngpgamay nko krn
    so, i cant stop eating man jud labi na knang mlingkod rko sa tv ngita daun ug kaon - i grab a fruit
    everytime i feel like eating - i grab a fruit
    mbusog nman lng ko sa fruit and eversince dli na bug.at ako tiyan
    everytime mkaon ko rice or meat bug.atan nko
    so naa jud stock amo house ug fruit.. hehehehe

    lesser rice sis..start from half a cup hangtod magkagamay..yaw na eat after six pod..
