bea, exercise is one...jogging and lifting weights (the lighter ones for toning muscles). secondly,diet. i won't suggest in cutting diets...maybe choosing the right diet is better. third, is regular visiting to the toilet to release bowels. our body metabolism is one key factor that makes us fat. if we have low metabolism then we likely get our food intake converted into fats. if our metabolism is high then we would release bowel for often.

fourth, water therapy. water is a key factor in digestion. it is also an appetite catalyst. when you drink more water you are likely to lose your appetite to eat more. fifth, fruits. instead of always having meat in our diet, we can take fruits instead. less meat, more fruit. i didn't say no meat at all....
