chocolate icing

mine is butter, condense milk and cocoa powder..melt cocoa powder sa condense milk sa double boiler then let it cool..then mix chilled butter in an electric mixer then add ug hinay2 an chocolate mixture until mo double an volume..

sis kong gamit kag cocoa powder ba dili ba sya bason ang texture sa icing? i tried choco buttercream but bason man uy kay cocoa powder man ako gamit..do u have any tip? I think ok pod to kang kiekim kay melted chocolate iya gamit, so dili sya bason..

TS... I'll give you a tip.. Kanang naa sa likod nga recipe sa Hershey's nga cocoa.. kanang icing nila... to die for... lol if ganahan ka sa choco cake sa starbucks.. mao ra na ila recipe..

ganache adto sa caro n marie and buy their semi-sweet chocolate bars. melt it and add nestle creme....play it by ear, if medyo thick or runny ang imong preference.....

ok will also try this nahan man ko mag experiment pod but usahay gud tungod sa walay kwarta maniguro nalng ko nga makuha jud nako ang lami kay kas palit balik ug ingredients..mahal2x pod bya ang chocolate..hehehe sis kahibaw ka unsay lami nga chocolate bars nila?
