I personally know that Paris is way way way overrated. It only remains as the place to be because of it's great history. Other than that ... if you speak English which unless you know French, you have no choice ... you are not given very much respect. The greatest art galleries and historical museums in Europe are not in Paris. If you want great history and great museums ... Spain is where you want to go. The food isn't even that great. Name one distinct food that has French? You think of Pasta, you think of Italy. You think of sausages, saurkraut, you think of Germany. You think of France .... you think of French fries? amm right. The French women aren't the most beautiful in the world. They are typical European ... how boring. They do make a lot of good pr0n in France though ... at least they can lay claim to pr0n captital of south western Europe ... but then again, their only competetion is Spain and Portugal.

no offense to all those who love paris. spain is the place for me.
i went to paris for a couple of days. its so funny, i got lost on my first day. no one knew english so i ended up asking a police officer inside a ****ing police station - even he know only a bit of english.

What I love with Paris is the Metro and Montmarte. However, Paris isn't France. There is MORE to France than the over-rated city of Paris. I encourage people to check the countryside of France, the vineyards, the castles, the beautiful scenery.... local towns. Beautiful!

The Netherlands has the most number of History, Culture & Art museums in the world. There are over 100 museums here.

I also think you can do better than bashing Europeans. Sensitive eh?

Spain is best for CLUBBING + BEACH PARTIES and so is Greece. France in my opinion is best for CAMPING, VINEYARD or CASTLE TRIPS, and if you want the glamorous high soceity life then proceed to Monaco, Nice and Saint Tropez! The French Riviera.

France has nothing in terms of a distincitve food that would relate ?? Hehehehe ...... FRANCE produces world class chefs and world class resto's because of their food and history . Most of our local foods wether Japanese , CHInese , American , European , African , etc has a distinct FRENCH influence into it , they just made a couple of tweaks and made some new name for it .

I do agree though that French women ( decent ones ) have hairy armpits and the ( prostitutes ) have shaved ones . Yes french are rude and they dont give a damn horsecrap whoever you are .

paris is a beautiful city. very historical. but the french people don't speak english,even the signposts are all in french and they are not very helpful to tourists. arrogant ila dating.

been to Paris...loved watching the people...and the shopping he he he....ang Louis Vuitton nga tindahan ...sus porma sad jud nga LV nga bag!...lots of history and culture...

Anyway....French food is great...and the wine ..omg

i like the city very much although it is not on top of my list....

we went to france last year with my wife and paris is a great city compared to places we've been to like lisbon, madrid, rome, amsterdam, andorra, and berlin. :mrgreen: but the people are not that friendly and there are many swindlers .......but for me monaco is still the best :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

for me i like germany, especially Frankfurt. Frankfurt have the busiest airport in whole europe and they call Frankfurt the

Bank City. They even have PCI & BPI bank there. The only problem what i noticed is not all German speaks English. :

Paris is great. This was my experience in that city a couple of years ago. There are many things to do and see there. The history, the sights, food, culture, etc. As a tourist I tend to focus on what a place can offer to a visitor and not dwell too much on the negative side. Picking the right place and time to go is important. Anyway, for some people Paris isn't their favorite, but it is for me.
