civil wedding please help

Hi guys please mangayo lang unta ko ug tabang/advice ninyo.. I am going to get married next month in civil ceremony but ang akong fiancee is U.S citizen. Akong question lang is pila man ka days makuha ang iyang legal capacity to marry? and then do you know any judge that i can contact para makasal me.. because i heard nga kung sa cebu city daw ka ikasal i raffle pa daw inyong name ug kinsa nga judge mo ikasal.. the problem is that we dont have that much time man.. he is only staying here for 2 weeks.. please any suggestion will help thank you very much

Sis akong suggestion sa Mayor lang mo pakasal..priho ra'g power ang mayor ug ang judge.... adto mo pakasal sa inyong mayor nalang para dool ra. mas dali sab kun sa mayor.. adto sa municipyo mag file mo...naa mo mga seminar pagaattenan ana...schecdule2x raba na dah basin ang kanang 2 weeks nya nga stay diri basin kolangon nah.......ask lang ug mga info sa municipyo haron maestimate nimo ug maplaon na ninyo.......basin lahi ang requirement kun imong mamahimong asawa foreingner...I've heard raba karon panahuna higpit na daw....gud luck ang congrats....pakaon nya sa kasal hap....

legal capacity kay dali ra.. bsta mkapresent lng cya tnan pertinent documents (kalimot nko unsa to cla.. ask lng daan sa embassy para mka-prepare nlng pud cya sa iyang documents in advance.. hehe).. both of you need to go, and he has to pay 30 dollars..

legal capacity nlng inyo kulang? mana mos seminar c/o city health? ang seminar to ang nkapadugay namo coz we thought dritsu ra adto, kelangan pman day pa-schedule in advance..

What exactly do you mean by Legal Capacity ? ...
sa atoang balaud sis kay ang requirements to marry mao ni:

1) between a man and a woman ... dili between two persons or individual kay basin of same *** na hinoon. mao ni dili ma usab sa atoang balaud between a MAN and a Woman gyud.
2) of Legal Age (if dili kinahanglan mo ug parent's consent)
3) Both should be single or legally separated (with finality) ... mahimong null and void ang kasal if duna deceitful acts sa mga declaration.
4) Must have a Marriage License issued by the Office of the Civil Registrar. (which duna pud sila mga requirements sama sa; birt certificate, NSO certificate if available para dili na ma question,
pag attend sa required family planning seminars, (pre-cana if sa church pero Civil ra man mo), parents consent if below 18yrs old, parent's advise if below 24 yrs old.

make sure lang sis mahatag ninyo ang requirements earlier for verification kay dili gyud mo mahatag ug Marriage License if kulang inyu documents hilabi na kay Foreign Citizen imo husband to be.

I also second the motion nga adto mo pakasal sa Mayor kay lisud na sa Judge Karon tungod sa mga fake marriages scams nga gui imbistigar sa kaulohan.

i would rather go for the Church Wedding than a Civil Wedding...
commercialized kaha ang pinay sa U.S. basin ug ipa insured kalang ug tsugi para sila makakwarta...
anyways.. not all though. pero naa nay nahitabo ana sa states.

nakabasa ko ba nga basta 24-25 pababa ang kaslonon..need jud og parents consent..ask lang to if need pa na ipaq notaryo or naa jud nay pinili nga words ang gamiton..hahay..ga libog ko if unsaun na xa pag outline sa consent nga proper words para sa mga judge...please help me po....salamat
