How to Remove "backdoor.trojan"?

Hi. I need help on removing "backdoor.trojan" na detect sa ako symantec antivirus dli man nya ma delete or quarantine. How do i fix this? windows xp ako os

do this -

1. Disable System Restore, just make sure you are logon as Administrator
2. Restart and logon to Safe Mode
3. Run AV and restart

My guest system restore keep restoring the trojan...

to avoid this again, create another user that dont have administrator rights... you see most mistake made by most user are they use a user with administrator rights, which makes the installation of malware,virus,worms easy...

ni download ko ug microsoft security essentials. wala man cya na detect pag full scan naku. Computer status - protected raman ang result. Sa symantec, ang status sa risk, left alone - the file was left unchanged but ako gi try scan balik sa asa ang trojan located nga folder, wala may na detect. unsa pasabot ani? ok ra ba to keep 2 AV microsoft essentials ug symantec?

hmmm this may seem an easy process to you but murag lain na ni nga language sa akoa hehe everytime kada log on naku sa pc, mu detect jud ang symantec and partially removed iya status. i hope dli kaayu ni damaging sa system
