janvier, suggestion lang ni ako ha. Since 3 weeks or so ka walay internet access, ang options nimo:

    1. If trade directly with stock market, choose blue chip stocks and at most 2nd line stocks. Keep for medium to long term.

    2. Invest in mutual funds. Like Philam, Prulink, AXA, etc. Daghan sila choices: kung conservative, mga bond funds (invested in government securities)- combination funds (invested in a percentage of govt securities, treasury, and/or stock market; kaning mga combination, naa pud conservative (more on govt sec/treasuries and some stock market), naa pud mas agressive (higher % in stock market, with some govt sec), or kana jud aggressive, mostly, if not all invested in equities (stock market). Everyday, they will post their unit values. Murag nipalit ka ug stocks nila nga kada adlaw musaka o mukanaog. Kaning mga mutual funds, naa sila fund managers who will do the investing for you. Naa ra sila corresponding entry and/or exit fee, depending on the amount, and the length of time sa imo investment.

    Good luck!

reliable gyud kaayo na imo broker si ATR.

mo trade ko gamay didto para naa sad ko reco nila.
Bai, storya ra nako ang ATR nga broker. Ask ko unsa iya suggestion. Suggest siya nako sa rfm. Slow, but sure. Di kaayo sila anang mga "gi-kabayo" nga mga stocks kay bantayanan ug dapat updated ka sa mga "nagkabayo".

dia ko London karon, mao nang, ako focus is more on investing rather than trading due to time difference, but I might try once maka day off ko and spare some money and time for trading, but in the meantime, investing lang sa siguro ko. I already have 3 mutual Funds which I opened 3 years ago, for now, I planned to leave them for the next 10 yrs perhaps and top up once in a while... I just need to explore the stock market myself so I can learn more . . .

bai ofw, check with your mutual fund provider if it is possible to transfer from one fund to another within the same company. While nag bull run ang stock market, nindot ibutang sa mutual fund that invests in equities. Pagmuabot ang panahon nga muhinay o magdive ang stock market, either you sell out your mutual funds that is in equities, or transfer it to a more conservative type.

Sorry mga klasmeyts, OT ko dire. Back to the stock market!
