There are simply too many nurses, that's the problem. Cebu City alone has 11 hospitals, 2 of which are under the government. For a city of this size, that's just about right, though the chances of all hospital beds in the city being used are not unlikely. It doesn't help either that government hospitals put a cap on their workforce, especially the nurses. The last time I checked, Sotto's nurses can have loads of up to 30 patients each.

maoy problema sa kurso nga "sikat". tungod sa kadaghan, desperado na, even for trainee position ra mobayad paka.

kaluoy sad tawon but sala sad sa gov't ngano wa gi monitor ang kalit nga pagdaghan nila.

imagine...they are currently accepting 150 nurses as trainees...then they all paid 2500 pesos each...nya nakabati pa jud is dili OFFICIAL RECEIPT sa hospital ang gihatag...kana ra mapalit sa kilid2 nga resibo...

    before cla nikuha og 150 kabuok..nagexam pa sila...1st exam worth 50pesos..2nd exam..350pesos...

then 1 more thing...they required each of the 150 nurses to have there medical exam in the hospital and paid another 1K plus..hahaha...di na lang ko mahibung kay perte expand sa ia building karon
VERY, VERY TRUE. 3500 na ila training. and muana man sila ig orientation na TRAINING daw is different from VOLUNTEER work mao nay bayad. but bottomline is kita gihapon nagbayad nila.
