i don't find anything wrong about networking provided that it is a legitimate company. there are a lot of fly-by-night companies out there and in these companies, only a few will enjoy and majority will suffer and end up bitter. that's exactly why networking is such a very "dirty" term in the philippines right now.

just a few tips in joining MLM companies.

1.) check how long is the company in operation already and check it's background.
2.) are the earnings generated through products or recruitment? if you earn instantly by merely recruiting people, it's a scam.
3.) do you get products of your money's worth? say if you pay P7000 and get products just worth P3000, be cautious. most likely P4000 of your money will go to the one invited you.

networking is actually a good business and if just banked on the right company and done the right way, it's a great income generating tool. but considering the nature of networking here in the philippines, we all should be cautious (and these includes those who are in the business already).

I respect your opinion sad. ako lan gipasabot nga dili tanan mukita sa MLM, naa juy downline nga ma alkanse. Isa ka proof ana is I dont think maka pariha ka ug income level sa tawo nga founder sa imu networking company karun.

Ayaw ug sulti na ang networking is not long-term. Naay networking company operated 107 years na which is mao ni ang akong gi apilan ron. Naa bay short-term company na mu gasto ug $25 Billion dollars just for research and development of the products and hire top scientist in US to do the research. Pun.an nako ug usa bro.

    4. Mentorship - It's a system na dapat eh feed sa mga members, tanang tools and materials, seminars and leadership i-provide sa company, dili lang kay once a month.

    Sample:
Ang new sign-up, trainingon usa sa iyahang upline how to build a business like:

    • How to invite properly.
    • How to present the business to your prospects.
    • How to level your self to your prospects.
    • How to control the conversation to the people who are against in MLM.
    • Knowledge about the products and marketing plan.
    • And most of all, How to close the business to your prospects.

    ____________

They want to do it. They know how to do it, and sometimes, they don't know what to do.

If the company you're in is in the mold of Amway and Herbalife, then you are part of the statistics: just another so-called "quick personnel turnover".

The people I constantly talked about in the early part of this thread and in similar threads have either jumped ship or "nitagam".

If there's one universal truth in MLM, it is this: No recruitment, no income. Selling is just a front for recruitment. You either have to be an aggressive and unscrupulous recruiter to make lots and lots of money, and an even vicious predator to repeat the same recruitment process when it's time to jump ship.
