    ah binuang nana..dli d i na unli ilaha kung mao na?may rasad wala ko ga globe eyzt..sa sun pod saona kasuway ko katong unli call and text ana pod ingon sa ila customer care..pero wala nalang ko mo argue pag au ato bisan sapot..kay musamot kadugay gud..mao nang unli text nalang ko ron..pero ok naman noon ila promo ron sa sun..

    Kanus-a mana nila tarungon ilang service oi... Naa pud ko bad experience nila.

    Ever since la au service sa globe. Nag roaming ko before. NAg load jud ko enuf para dili
    mu below P100 ako balance and para dili ma de-activate akong roaming. Dili expired akong
    load, dili pud below 100 ako balance. Pero for no apparent reason, na de-activate akong
    roaming. Na bwisit jud ko. Dili pa jud ma contact ang ilang Customer Service. Pagka hasula
    jud. Naputol kalit ilang service. I can't call and text! Pag balik nako cebu, dnha pa ko naka
    complain og tarong. Og sa dihang walai explanation nahatag ilang customer rep kung nganu jud to.

    Gpa wait nlng ko pila ka days para ma activate balik. Pero useless na au kai ang roaming walai gamit..

    Globe Super Unlimited promo sucks bigtime! Really bigtime!!!

    Same thing happened to me. The first time i heard of such complaints was in june, didn't expect that it would happen to me. I've been a Globe prepaid subscriber for more than 10 years now since Nokia 5110 first came out. Last August i subscribed to the Super Unli 150 good for 7 days. I badly needed it for important calls with my family in Iligan City and Cebu. I'm working here in Clark Airfield Pampanga. So there you go, for 7 days i took advantage of their "unlimited promo." I seldom did texting coz most of my contacts are also globe subs. What's the use of texting when you can call them unlimited, ryt? Based on my estimate, i averaged like 1-2 hours of calls per day. The 7th day came, i received a sms reminder that my unli subscription will expire in 3 hours and reminding me to subscribe again. There you go, ang pobre intawon nagload sab og 200 pesos (150 for subscription and 50 as extra load). So here's the first thing that i noticed: When i tried to subscribe by sending the keyword, the message will go through but there was no reply! I tried it a couple of times but to no avail. At first i thought na basin delayed lang ang system nila. Ok fine so the next day i attempted to subscribe again (load balance 165 pesos nalang). Still the same, message sent pero walay reply. Got no recourse but to call customer service.

    Here comes the care rep on the phone, pulled up my prepaid acct on their system, put me on hold for a few seconds. He went back on the line and started asking me weird questions like "Who else is using your phone?", "Di you use your phone for commercial purposes?" and then he started saying something like "I'm sorry to inform you that your sim is blocked from subscribing to any promotions and the suspension is for 30 days.." He added that "i violated some guidelines of the NTC regarding overuse of the network.." Hala ka! mao na ni karon.. mao na gyud ni akong damgo! Now they're accusing me of something which i'm totally unaware of.. Not to be outdone, i asked him the same questions like you guys have asked them. Can u read to me or at least tell me where in the NTC guidelines (rule or section #) that you're talking about? Uhmmm...Sorry guys got no answer. How do you define Unlimited calling and texting? Gave me a vague answer and trying to tell me that there should be no suspension if only the phone is used in a legal and reasonable way.. Ah mao bah Buot ninyo pasabot those customers who met the same fate as mine used the promo for illegal and fraudulent means? He said No but can't give me a straight answer. Bad trip kaayo ko, instead of giving me a good explanation on what the hell is happening, they're now indirectly accusing its customers like me of violating rules and guidelines. He even tried to pacify me saying that "we should also give others (subscribers) the chance to enjoy the promo and use the network." Instead of getting concrete answers, more questions popped up my mind: If i did "overuse" my phone (Ridiculous! Is this unlimited or not?) then why is it that globe didn't inform me of such?? Walang warning text or call from them.. I didn't bother to escalate the situation to his supervisor anymore coz i'm aware that supervisors will tell you the same thing. I was not mad at the rep, hindi ako nagmura sa kanya, and i know they're just doing their job. I was a customer care rep working for T-Mobile USA so i can relate to them.

    I felt somewhat embarrassed to myself of the accusation even if it's not true. Still not satisfied, i went to their business center at SM City Clark wanting clarification and trying to see if they have same answers. Spoke to their rep. Alas! Now they're giving me a very different story! Globe business center is telling me that it's because "their system found out that my number or sim violated the guidelines on text spamming." Our conversation heated up, the guard and some people inside staring at us.. hehehe.. Sabi pa ng male rep: "Hindi sir, it's not about excessive use. Unlimited calling ka so there is no such thing as excessive use. It's just that our system has a way of finding out if a certain number is involved in text spams. Or someone might have reported or complained about your number to us." Now they're accusing me of being a text spammer, sending fraudulent messages. I'm denying this. First is tapulan kaayo mu text. Second is maglisod ko gamit text kay ako phone touch screen Samsung Star. I answered: So how does your system identify a text message being a spam, smshing, fraudulent or legal?? I think there's no way you guys can do that without human intervention. There are more than 60 dialects in our country. If that's the case, there's somebody at globe listening to customer's phone conversations and reading our text messages. Hehehe.. He vehemently denied it saying they surely protect their customer's blah blah blah.. I asked if he can provide me a copy of a Prepaid Account Terms and Conditions, he cannot provide or refuse to give one. WTF! A globe business center that doen't have a copy of it's T&C!! Our conversation ended cordially. Still no answers..

    Here are some facts and my opinion:

    -Globe has already acknowledged in the media that their quarterly income has dropped down significantly in comparison to the past two or three years. They say the downtrend started when they offered the unlimited plans. But its still far from declaring losses. Da heck they're still earning big money.

    -Globe cannot and will not end their unlimited promo simply because of its competition. They cannot afford a mass exodus of customers into Smart or Sun.

    -During our conversation at the business center, its evident that they were cornered a lot of times. Hanggang umabot sa point that the rep told me to file a complaint at the NTC. Tumawa nalang ako. It's like banging my head against the wall. Yet I reminded the rep that even though prepaid customer lang ako, we comprise more than 90% of their total customer base. Without prepaid customers, i'm not sure if their business can survive.

    -Something has to be done. I know there are substantial number of globe customers like you guys being victimized by this scam. This is really really bad!

    Whatever is on the mind of globe and why they're doing these deceptive shadowy moves on its customers, you guys can fill in the blanks of my story...
