    i already have a program in a gym. but in 2 months time wala man gihapon efect.. naa bamo mga pills na giinom?

    try to watch on your daily foods... before I was have 33 1/2 ang waist and i got back into 30 inches in 2 months.. proper eat lang.. tuna, veges.. wheat breads... try to avoid softdrinks and sweets..

    If starting program na sa gym, then di na xa usually pampa-gain or pampa-cut, pampa-condition ra na ang first few months. Stick with it lang bro, also if you want to see results na jud go jogging/swimming/biking or any cardio activity. Make sure to have enough rest (sleep) sad, and eat your veggies, drink plenty of water, make sure to avoid high salt and high sugar foods.
