this is true...vanishing breed jud ang honest CE's...contagious kaau ang mga dili honest...
mao na cguro mambulsa ang uban sah kay for rent and for sale ila position...like when my husband applied for a somewhat higher position in DPWH sa Samar, it was when the DPWH sec was Mr. Ebdane, we were asked 1.5M para makasulod cya sa position even if qualified kaau ako husband needed jud ug 1.5M...my husband is a cum laude graduate of USJR,career executive service eligible, with a Masterals and Doctoral degrees Management Engineering but still not enough kay mas mo-matter ang money...
1.5M money was already ok when 3 contractors promised that they will be the one to give it tag 500k daw cla plus a ford expedition/explorer for the mother of the person na nakipagnegotiate ( son of a politician).
i told my husband na dili modayon kay hangtod2x na na ang ing-ana na set-up...nakagasto na ako father in-law ug 100k plane, allowance and hotel accomodation sa kadto nagnegotiate...na-TY intawn ang money sa ako inlaws...

i sincerely feel what you mean. and no you are not idealistic in the connotation that you would like to portray. to be honest in our work and profession is what we are and what we should be.

i lost my job because i was honest and i am fine with it.

here will come the job of Project Inspectors sa DPWH. They have so called Schedules. Schedule 1 for this lenght of construction..and allocation for the billing by the contactor.

The job of these Inspectors is to make sure the the specifications are followed by the contractor. No billing will be approved for payment without the signature of these Inspectors.

    Simple ra di ba?

I know...I was an government inspector!
i see.. now i get it..
