Does anyone heard of "Sweet Scent Enterprises"

hi there friends, I would like to share you a detailed info. about the said company, SWEET SCENT ENTERPRISES that is located at NDI commercial complex, unit 8, a.s. fortuna st., mandaue city.

I was once a "staff kuno" in this company but i decided to quit after i learned and realized nga di maayo ang ginabuhat sa CEO kuno, Training Officer kuno, Supervisors kuno sa pag-ilad nako ug uban pang mga nanga-hired na mga applicants ug sa mga applicants.

Yes, this company is a marketing firm, they sell product, a unique and effective product kuno named "APPLE AIRE FILTER" for refrigerator worth P1,650.00. The assigned personnel told us that this product was tested and approved by the UP DILIMAN LABORATORY, but until now wa pa gihapon nako naprove/nakita sa akong pagresearch sa net kung tinuod ba gyud.

The company's way and only 1 way of selling is through hiring. Why? ky b4 nila iHire ang usa ka applicant ila sa pabaligyaon ani na product.

I/We thought during the orientation nga this "One Time Selling Exam" was just a test of our marketing skills but nasayop mi kay mura ra mig mga bata while gatraining na mi after namo nkabaligya ug nahired.

grabeh mkailad kaayo ang tig orient or ang orientation but late na nako narealize na ilad lang diay ang tanan. imagine college grad, hiskul grad and under grad same lang ug iaspire nga job title and these are 'marketing supervisor, training officer, branch secretary'.

..gusto ko lang ipaalam sa lahat ng reader's sa furom na ito.. na I was one of the Staff of the said company... and ako as the staff I can prove and tell anyone na the Post above is a BIG LIE!!!!... i was a trainee before of this company and naging isa sa mga staff., and wala akong nakita na mali about the said company... and about sa product na iya ge sulti... para sabihin sa in yong lahat na it was really proven and tested sa laboratory.. sa totoo lang isa ako sa bumili ng produkto.. and I guarantee you though that it was really effective... and about the position... yes it's true that they're hiring a vacant position such as Branch sectrary, training officer and marketing supervisor.. but this is not the so called "kuno"... ako dumaan ako as under probationary... dapat naman diba?... maski tayo, owner tayo ng isang company... sympre mangita gyud ta ug assurance sa atong mga staff/ personnel's diba.. assurance sa ilang LOYALTY... specially that one! importante gyud kaayu.. after sa probationary.. and observahan nanila..kung haggang saan ang loyalty mo sa company.. their... the company will give the position that totally fit to what they've observe plus your qualification...

actually bag-o pa lang jud ko nakadungog sa sweet scent enterprises. and nadani sad jud ko sa ilahang post nga nang hire sila sa mga said jobs... ako gipaaplay akoang uyab... ug late na nako nahibaw-an nga dili man diay na tinarong ilaha..
daghan jud kaayo ko nakit-an nga naka pangutana ko sa ako kaugalingon. kung legitimate ba ni ilahang company.

1st. kung legitimate na ilahang pag hiring, why cant they even post a landline number sa ilahang mga gi pang post nga hiring ads. imposible sad kaayo nga wala silay landline nga dugay naman ta sila nga company

2nd. nganung dili man ngalan sa ilang HR or kinsay ilang manager ang ilahang ibutang sa ilang mga ads,?? nganung name man sa mga nangaplay ra fud. di ba?? why?

3rd. why kinahanglan pa man mo purchase sa ilahang product nga worth 1,600 plus para ma hire?? unsa may relation ana sa mga job description nga ilang gi pang hire

gusto ko lng iparating sa lahat na., na sa world of Marketing.. minsan o madalas people mis intrept the system na ine-implement ng company the say ganito ganyan...pero kung na iintendihan nila ang systema na gamit na companya., i'm sure na ma sasabi nila na ah ganito pala at mali sila...

of course., dahil sa pagmamagaling ng iba., as f they know everything!!! ina_utter nila ito para makasira ng mind ng ibang tao... para sa mga tao jan... alam ba niniyo na ang paninira na walang matingding ebidensya., ay lebilo ang pasura... lalo na kung kompanya ang sisiraan... kung kayo ang may-ari ng company, gusto ba ninyo na i-ana ang inyohang company... dile..
