    we are only human, naa gyud tendency mklimot esp walay bill muabot dba. like me, i paid mga cable, pldt, smartbro 3-4 months at a time.. lagot kaau ko. i work, i have a son (schoolbus pako), naa ko gamay sideline, busy gyud kaau ko.
    ang last payment nko sa smart to cover sept-dec 2009.... pag-february, giputlan na bitaw na og internet. tapos ang smartbro, di pa gyud ako nggamit, akong inlaws. so how am i suppose to remember if walay bill niabot pg-january (kung kelan naa koy due)...

    mubayad man, no question about it... pero sometimes mklimot biya ta. ang bill is part of the responsibility nila wd their consumers, while paying the bill, ato na resposibility, dba...

    disappointing lng... i cant register d smartbro kay d man akong name, tig-bayad lng ko. paet! akong credit card bills, online man...

I think the use of the billing is to remind their customers regarding their balance. right? and I guess it is part of their job, as stated in the contract to send a billing monthly!

    We have a life, my mom has a life, her world does not revolve around Smart Bro and neither with the internet. And they certainly can't blame us if we failed to report to Smart about it asap or if wala namo gibutang ang exact address. Because for 8 months nag SMart Bro mi, it was the only 4 months wala sila nag send ug billing. So that means, they have already sent previous billings to the right address.

    NOTE: wala sila ni disconnect sa amo internet after one month of not paying, for 4 months wala mi ni bayad, nag sge lang gihapon among internet!!! so kinsa man magtuo wala na diay mi kabayad for 4months?!!

    We complained to Smart. You know what they said? "Wala man mi mahimo ana mam" or in other words "there is nothing we can do about that!" kay naka butang na daw sa ila files and they cant change it kay sila daw kasab-an................ 0_o

    As a customer I felt so helpless about it, wala sila mabuhat sa ilang sala which caused us nearly 8,000? They didn't even exert some effort to fix the problem. diritchu lang ug ingun wa silay mabuhat. they didnt even call their mailman or whoever is in charge and ask why wala napadala....

    amo jud! way klaro ang smartbro...
    nagtawag ko sa il *1888 operator about sa ako problem sa slow connection sa ako smartbro pero cge lang ug ingon nga ok daw ako connection pero ug mo request ka for a contractor to inspect ur antenna and unit connections sa balay mo ingon ang operator nga di daw cya makahimo ug request. ambot ning smartbro nga way may maayong customer service, pati ila mga call center agent nga mo answer sa imo mga calls wa sad mga batasan!!!!!!!!!!!
    maayo unta sila sad maka experience sa ako ma experienced para makatilaw sila sa ka way ayo ning smartbro....
    maau unta makasuway sad ko sa ka bad service,,,,
    way lami nga service of smartbro!!!!!!!!!!!!
