whew.. there we go.. haha
my progress so far... from almost 220lbs im currently down to 136-138lbs. i started working out april 2008 after i graduated. i was working out 3x a week and mostly just doing cardio. it was on and off though during the first year since i also had my review and board exams. i lost around 60+lbs during the first 12-14 mos. but the thing about only doing cardio is that it made my skin sag and i looked as some would say, anorexic.. hehe. so i decided to incorporate PRT in my regimen around 8 mos ago. i know i don't have the 'adonis' body type yet and maybe i probably never will with all the excess skin involved but im gonna die trying to reach that or get as close as i can to my goal haha!! but all in all, im pretty happy and damn proud with the results and what ive achieved. maintaining a healthy lifestyle, i believe, isnt that much difficult if you really have the drive, motivation, awareness and passion to do so. i hope this can inspire some of the readers here to do their best and start working their assess off to get that body they want and maintain a healthy lifestyle
im thinking of doing a blog or a journal about my weight loss journey para sad mashare nako sa uban ug unsa akong naagian ug gipamuhat aron makuha nako akong goal para sad makatabang ko sa uban gusto moreduce or kanang uban bitaw nga nagtuo nga dili na matambagan ilang lawas. but i suck in writing so magpatabang sa ko aron bibo sad intawn akong blog haha
btw, sa mga recent na posts mga ka-istorya.. chill lang gamay. everybody here has their own ways man sad sa pagbuhat sa ilang lifestyle and workout. lets have an open mind na lang nga ma respect nato ug unsa man gani ang ilahang paagi. kay dili man jud parehas ug point of view tanan, so lets just respect each others ideas and opinions and just try to learn from all of them.
