Life's not fair when you cross the line between college and work - whether you like it or not, your superiors will bury you. If you look so tough, handsome and self-respected in your college days and you brag so much about it in work, your boss will not care at all.

If your boss said you look crap and you should be fired, you shouldn't cry like a crybaby because your superiors would gladly replace the fark out of you.

I think the USC admin is just exercising everyone in USC to feel what its like to be in the unforgiving world of work. Relaxed ra kaayo mga taw sa USC karon. Way siguro kung mang-graduate mo, then mangapply mo, then insultohon mo sa HR sa inyong gi-applyan, mohilak gyud mo which is not supposed to happen.

I can attest this because I just graduated last December and started working atong August. College life and work are two totally different worlds with college being forgiving and work being unforgiving. Mabantayan gyud nimo ang difference. The rules and regulations are there to follow because those things will be more likely the same things you will see head-on on work. If you can't follow those in college, then there's no reason for you to work at all. Grow some balls and move on.

as i go through your ideas na answer naman guru tu naku imung point.. there should have been a genuine student consulatation that took place..naa man unta ni sauna pero wala na karun nahitabu.. naa unta ni para dili in ani ka grabe ang mga estudyante mu react..yes i am a psychology major and it is not at all times better to be submissive and be a conformist to rules.. sometimes, it is good to challenge the consciousness that was raised..
