Overpopulation does not depend only on the size or density of the population, but on the ratio of population to available sustainable resources. It also depends on the way resources are used and distributed throughout the population.

Corruption is a big factor but clamping down on corruption alone is only part of the solution. Responsible parenthood through education and informed choice is necessary to manage and match our population growth with our economic growth. This allows our country's education, health and employment sectors to adequately cater to everyone.
    i'm not anti RH bill

i know the mai issue hir is about family plannig but dis-agree lng ko sa uban about overpopulated nata.

thats y it comes to be overpopulated bec. of improper use of our resousrces.. mao para naku dapat ma.tagad sad ang poverty sa phils.,mga agriculture n2 dapat dli lng pasagdan..

Poverty is the lack of basic human needs, such as clean water, nutrition, health care, education, clothing and shelter, because of the inability to afford them.
Due to coruption ang uban tao wa nay makaon, wa nay mapuy.an, ug uban pa...Government must have programs para ang poverty n2 diri sa phils. kay mugamay....

Expatriate businessmen in Asia perceive the Philippines as the most corrupt country in the region. Nearly $2 billion dollars, or roughly 13 percent of the Philippines' annual budget, is lost to corruption in the country each year, according to the United Nations Development Program.

Its judicial system is believed to be ineffective at prosecuting and punishing individuals for corruption when abuses are uncovered. Local corruption monitors confirm that graft and bribery in the Philippines remain rampant. Corruption has penetrated every level of government, from the Bureau of Customs down to the traffic police officers who pull over motorists to demand bribes.

Did I single him out? Medyo defensive man mga tao diri for Gibo...

Of course he did (change his stance) I can even give you a link showing that he did... pero that's OT and is left for discussion in other fora.

Back to topic nalang... your candidate/s lost , Noynoy is the president... move on na ta..

    Question for you....

Do you agree with the logic that we shouldn't fight for the passage of the RHB because we "know" it won't have a chance of being passed? Yes or No?

mr genius. pinaka least corrupt rank 12 diay? 12 ra diay ang asian countries? how come pakistan, etc and 2 of our ASEAN neighbors Myanmar and Cambodia wa sa list, dili na sila asian countries?

did i say dili ta corrupt? the point we never naging rank #1, its unpatriotic to claim such. and if you look at the PERC survey website ka klaro gamay ra na countries ila ma survey. i compare na sa transparency international site CPI 2009 Table/2009/cpi/surveys_indices/policy_research
