i use ahglow keratin something bought from HBC..ok ra xa for me when i iron,curl or blow dry my hair...

wala man koy ibutang basta e straight nako akong hair..
kana rang ig kaligo nako.. i use A LOT of biosilk smoothing conditioner
and then after gi straight.. tangan sab nako ug biosilk silk therapy.

if ako e curl, that's another story. other than my other routine, i also spray some tresemme heat tamer before nako e curl.. mas exposed man gud sa heat if e curl nako ang buhok.. maong gamit nalang ko.. pero ambot if it works. ahaha
