katulog lang bro. mas taas ug memory ang taw if naay enough sleep kay sa katong walay tarong tulog base on studies. ug vitamin b complex is good for the brain hehe
if you're young, there's no reason to start memory enhancers. well at least not yet. maybe you could try the following:
- enough exercise, at least 10 minutes a day if you're just starting
- balanced diet; beans and green leafy veggies are said to be very helpful to boost memory
- massage your head at least a few times while you're studying; well, at least this works for me, and it could work for you too.
- practice a good study habit with rest intervals; never study for more than an hour straight.
- have enough sleep. if you get sleepy while studying, a 10 minute nap even on your study table could help.
