i GOT MORE: still from previous job.

REST days are more like rest nights cos your bio clock is all screwed up.

AMERICANs are more like on vacation here than working. I don't really see how chatting around with the team leads and other "close" agents can be considered work.

hmmm i guess dealing with different people/nationalities, their culture, character and how to meet their needs... i learned how to play with my schedules. i learned how to deal with indecent proposals.. 3. Be assertive
4. Know your place...stands
5. Be honest
