Mao mao ra ni sa experience nako sa pc quickbuys 5 years ago
1. Naguba ang video card after 2 days
2. Nibalik ko cebu gkan leyte para sa warranty
3. Niingon ang technician na balik nalang daw after 1 month
4. After 1 month nibalik ko pero wala pa daw
5. Nibalik na pud ko sa 2nd month pero wala pa
6. Sa 3rd month wala pa gihapon
7. Ni ask nalang ko ug replacement
8. Nisugot sila...pero ang gihatag na video card mas lower ang specs
9. Kung wala ko kabantay lugi ko ato...mao na hangtud karon di na ko mopalit ug bisag unsa na gikan sa
pc quickbuys bisag mas barato pa
10 Kung nindut lang unta ang ilang aftersales sa ila gihapon ko mopalit hangtud ron. Sayang ang 30 units na paliton unta namo ron kung tarong lang ila service + katong pc na wala na namo palita in 5 years gikan ato na incident
para sure jud ka sa imo paliton, research lang jud before mo palit. Para wa tai mablame ba if masayop ta..

seems to me that you are also at fault here, you should have done your research before agreeing to anything, doing it in any other order would just make the whole decision making process erroneous. (before I agree to anything I always ask f*ck loads of questions, sometimes only to annoy the salesperson even) now youre crying cuz you realized you made a bad decision even if it was a misinformed one. (kun sa bisaya pa, "awahi na nuon ka") I still dun agree to that kind of business practice bro but you also have to see your mistake in the matter. how ever, I do think it is in pcX' best interest to mitigate customer dissatisfaction as a matter of customer service.

As I've said, under warranty sa supplier. basaha pud bai. ang aq gkalainan is nganong d mao na details ang i hatag nila naq, i asked them for the details sa power supply nga i ilis, but sa price pa lng daan ky d na mao ang g tugAn, gets?
Yes I admit naa pud q sayop, maybe akong sayop is wa q nag research about the product, mao gni aq na g sulod og shop ky cla ang MAS MAAYO. But I'm the customer here, I have the right pud para maka hibaw sa exact details sa product na i ilis. "Telling me the power supply is of the same quality and of the same price or higher" that's crap!

Bro never expect nga mas mahal ang replacement item nga imuhang makuha, nangutana unta ka nila kung unsay lain option. Kung wala nay kaparehas ang imuhang item, its either adto ka sa mas mahal or sa mas barato nga item compare sa imuhang gipa rma. KUng ang mas mahal nga item imuhang pilion as replacement murag mu ADD pud ka ana ug cash. Kung ang mas barato imuhang pilion TY jud na imuhang sukli. So dapat mag research pud ka before ka mu say ug YES, excited ra tingali kaayu ka mao
