Which is better, the Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 OS vs. Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM?

Nope, unfortunately not...

I did however tried both lenses @ PRG's shop & i can't decide which to purchase.
To narrow things down, which would be the closest match to my Olympus ZD 12-60mm lens? As that's the lens i've been using and have gotten used to (on the Oly body). I need the same lens specs, but on my Canon.

Compared to the Olympus ZD 12-60mm lens, spec-wise I would say that the Sigma is the closest match.
