    i hope this gets settled soon... base sa akong experience regarding anang mag ilis sa product sa pcx okay raman... wa koy problema dri kay maau man sila ka storya.. talk with the head of the store and file a complaint para ma imbestigahan jd ug tarong. I am sure naa jd nay proper resolution ani. good luck bro! and a piece of advice, know more about your stuff para dli ka arkansi.

    I had some mobos RMA'd back then in PCExpress, I just waited for 2 weeks and I got the new replacements. I tried following up on the items once in a while.

    I didn't pay for shipment or anything though (it's already covered in the warranty).

    mao cguro na maabot ug pila ka weeks ang RMA products from PCX kay tungod mana sa shipment... lisud sad kaau ug mag shipment ka ug usa ra kabuok nya inig ka ugma shipment nasad... so maybe ang PCX naa na sila schedule sa shipment.

    pero sa ako lang mas ok ang PCX pero wala pako ka suway sa GI... pero sa PCquick buys which is own by TTI sa sanciangko... nangutana ko ug price WGPS606 nga product gahapon... ingun lang "sir twag lang ugma kay ni hang ang amo computer" so karon nga day ni tawag na pud ko kay kinhanglanon lagi nako sa office... sus ang tubag kay "sir pde ka katawag before 5pm kay ni hang man gud ang PC sa warehouse dli ko ka kuha sa price" so nka ana ko sa ako kaugalingun nga tinuod ni or alibay... maau pa ug mo ingun nga sir wala mi ana accepted pana nako. naa jud mga store nga ambot... dli kamao mo dala ug client... wala ko kabalo ug nangita ba na sila ug client para mahalinan or unsa kaha na ila gi pangita.

    pahungaw lang ko....

    sus bro DTI ayaw nalang kay utro pud nang walay klaro.
    naa ko gi file didto last nov. 25 pa hantug karon wala ghapon hearing wala nay ayo cla.

    ang tawag ani issue is kuwang ang Total Quality Management. Ang orgranization kay naay problems with external and internal customers. hehehe. naka reflect ko sa among TQM klase dah murag ma fit in jud ni.
