better firmware. They should be able to take care of that.

I updated and restored the iphone with the latest firmware which i was downloaded earlier.., mao lang gihapon, dili gihapon ma touch to nga portion., ... ni worst na nuon sya kay dili na sya ma activate., sim is not supported daw... please help... naa mo ka recommend na mapa repair ko ni?

try this simple steps my dear friends....i hope it could help...

first turn your iphone into SILENT mode...

2nd: press the HOME button key (kanang circle nga naa sa tunga...) and press the LOCK KEY (kanang naa sa upper right na button)...dunganon nimo press ang duha ka keys and hold for atleast 12seconds...

I already did., mao lang gihapon ako na gi update sa itunes ios 4.1, dili na nuon sya ma activate kay sim card not supported daw. Then same lang gihapon dili to mo touch na portion after the restore and update made. I think hardware na daut ani...

Yes, I believe its a hardware problem.
Could be the lcd touchscreen panel..
