Pentax in Mepz 1

Production eng'r/foreman for 5 yrs ko sa pentax before ko ni.abroad last year.
salary kay same other japz company sa meps, lower sa american mfg.
been to japan twice, 6 months ang last nako na training to start up new section
ok ra ang working environment depende sa amo, japs boss nako kay buotan man, no comment sa local boss
Pentax is good training ground for prod/mfg eng'r, mostly dili lang jud magdugay kay tungod sa sweldo and makakita dayun ug better opportunity.

agree that most japz boss are mga buotan, unlike sa mga local boss mga greed ug utok!

this is my job offer from pentax

production engineer

11,400 basic pay

2 uniforms for 2 years

2 saturdays of the month working and 2 saturdays rest

7:45 time in

and overtime until 8 or 9

18 pesos food allowance

the admin who offered me this says there is no career growth in this company and sa talisay ko puyo lau kaau ^_^

kagamay no sa ialng offer? unsaon lang na pero kun ala guro pwedi guro na suklan oi....pero para nako gamay rana kau..kay kato naa ko sa kakuyo way back 1998 7k plus gani ko....

Worked at PENTAX for more than 3 years and tho gamay jud ang salary, the environment and practices are good. Been also trained at Japan and gained a lot of friends there na until karon tho i am already at another company, sige ghpaon communicate.
It's a nice company!
